# Claxedo

Claxedo is an open-source coding-agent workspace: a desktop app for running terminal coding agents (OpenCode, Claude, Codex, Cursor, Pi) against your own projects, and a composable TypeScript framework — normalized agent events, a runtime facade over multiple harnesses, a per-workspace host, relay/tunnel plumbing, sandbox management, MCP tooling, and reusable Agent Extensions — for building your own coding-agent products on the same primitives.
## Quickstart
Clone the repo and run the desktop app or the engine directly:
```sh
git clone https://github.com/kyashrathore/Claxedo.git
cd Claxedo
bun install
bun run dev # OpenCode engine (CLI/server)
bun run dev:desktop # desktop app (Electron shell)
bun typecheck # turbo typecheck across the workspace
```
Or skip the monorepo and just take the framework — install the packages you need in any Node/Bun project:
```sh
npm install @claxedo/workspace-runtime @claxedo/agent-sdk-runtime @claxedo/agent-event-runtime
```

## OpenCode heritage
Claxedo is a hard fork of [OpenCode](https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode) — the engine and shared UI packages are vendored in-repo as first-party source; everything else (control plane, workspace runtime, relay, channels, connections, workgraph, web/desktop apps) is Claxedo's own.
