Search engines CAPTCHA-wall datacenter address ranges, so on a VPS or a cloud container most engines get blocked within a few queries and no header tuning fixes it. `web_extract` needs the self-hosted adapter — it maps to `POST /extract`, which Tavily cloud does not have. `web_search` works against either.
