# Smart Moderation Center Vendor: `mundophpbb/smartmodcenter` ## MVP included in this ZIP - ACP settings for thresholds and queue volume - MCP dashboard with: - reports queue - unanswered topics - hot topics - risky users - team metrics - operational assignment table for queue items - recent internal history per queue item (latest actions and note updates) - moderator permissions: - `m_smc_view` - `m_smc_manage` - English and Brazilian Portuguese language files ## Installation 1. Upload the `mundophpbb/smartmodcenter` folder to `ext/mundophpbb/smartmodcenter` 2. Purge cache in phpBB if needed 3. Enable the extension in ACP > Customise > Manage extensions 4. Confirm that the user or group who will use the MCP has an effective moderator role that includes the new permissions 5. If needed, apply **Standard Moderator** or **Full Moderator** to the target user/group in the ACP 6. If the extension was already enabled before this ZIP, run the extension update in ACP so the new history table is created ## MCP permission note The MCP area of Smart Moderation Center only appears for users with the moderator permission `m_smc_view`. Important: - Seeing the ACP module does **not** mean the MCP module will also appear - Founder or administrator status alone does **not** guarantee access to the MCP area of this extension - The effective moderator role applied to the user or group must include `m_smc_view` - In practical setups, this usually means applying **Standard Moderator** or **Full Moderator** and confirming the effective moderator permissions in ACP ## Quick troubleshooting If the ACP module appears but the MCP tab does not: 1. Purge phpBB cache 2. Check whether the target user/group has an effective moderator role 3. Confirm that `m_smc_view` is effectively granted 4. Re-check moderator permissions after role changes, because role assignment may override expectations during testing ## Current scope / limitations This MVP focuses on operational triage. It does **not** yet execute destructive moderation actions directly (lock, move, delete, warn). Instead, it centralises queue visibility, assignment, review flow, and team metrics so the extension remains stable as a first release. ## Suggested next version - real batch moderation actions - full internal timeline with dedicated view and longer audit trail - SLA and overdue indicators - assignment by moderator selection refinement by forum ACL - sort options by column - richer report links and forum-level permission refinement ## Next MVP increment - Column sorting in MCP queues (reports, unanswered, hot topics, and risk users). ## Current MVP additions - Manual priority control per item and in batch. - Team metrics can now be exported as CSV directly from the MCP metrics screen.
